A breakthrough is a shift, a forward movement that involves seeing the benefit of doing something differently. It's an important advance or an accomplishment of which one should feel justifiably proud. It is a byproduct of hard work, perseverance and tenacity and finally succeeding in converting a stumbling block into a stepping stone.

Something is unlocked when a breakthrough occurs. Such an occurence is often referred to as an "Aha!" moment. Have you ever had one? What impact did it have on your life?
Shifting one's focus is the easiest way to facilitate a breakthrough. But it can often prove to be one of the most challenging things to do, because the very nature of being human means doing things in a particular way, just because we always have. We seldom ask ourselves whether that action or habit is taking us forward, keeping us stuck or holding us back from unleashing our true potential.
So, what if you were to give this very question, "What if?" pride of place in your daily conversations with yourself? You might just open up a whole new world of possibilities...and who knows where those could take you?
