Being human is about trying our best with what we've got. Human beings worldwide are motivated by 2 things - seeking happiness and pleasure and avoiding pain and suffering.

What do you enjoy most about being human? How would you describe your life? Which aspect or role brings out the best in you?
What if we were to pay closer attention to our thoughts, words and actions? What if that deeper awareness enabled us to recognise patterns in our lives and to get to know our triggers? What if we were to take responsibility for our mistakes, to learn from them and explore ways in which to do things differently, despite how we might be feeling at the time?
Part of being human, is possessing a free will and having the ability to think, find solutions and make wise decisions. We always have a choice. How effective are your decision making skills?
Our well-being, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual is enhanced by our willingness to devote time and effort to a few daily disciplines. They help us to feel whole and we become more resilient and resourceful.
"We are only one thought away from happiness and one thought away from sadness." What if we were to realize that we can redesign our lives, unwire and re-wire ourselves simply by changing our beliefs, values and rules?
